INSURANCE & FORMS OF PAYMENT
We reserve several openings for sliding scale consideration. A sliding fee scale may be provided based on household income and size. Documentation of household income and size are necessary in order to receive this service. Please contact us for more questions about available openings for sliding scale services.
INITIAL PHONE CONSULTATION (15 MIN.): FREE
INITIAL INTAKE SESSION & FOLLOW UP SESSIONS: Rates vary depending on what clinician you’re seeing. We do offer sliding scale rates and you will be able to speak with your clinician about this further.
Counseling - $125/50 minute session
Coaching-$ 70.00/session- self pay
Holistic Healthcare- (Yoga, meditation, acupuncture, aroma therapy) $50.00 session (Self Pay)
It is our goal to work with each of our clients' unique financial situation and needs, and so have several practitioners who are able and willing to offer reduced rate services if the above rates don't seem manageable.
